Opis

Transforms the C string pointed by source according to the current locale and copies the first num characters of the transformed string to destination, returning its length.

Funkcja może być używana tylko do odczytywania długości ciągu, poprzez ustawienie wskaźnika dest na NULL, oraz wartości 0 dla n.

Wartość zwracana

Długość przekształconego ciągu. Nie wlicza znaku '\0'.
